The company is also involved in the exploration and development of mineral rights relating to minerals, such as rare earths, copper, titanium, graphite, nickel, iron, gold, and quartzite. The company was formerly known as Brazil Minerals, Inc. and changed its name to Atlas Lithium Corporation in October 2022. Atlas Lithium Corporation was founded in 2011 and is based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
