It serves physical branches, mobile branches, ATMs, online, computer, telephone, and mobile banking, banking correspondents, kiosks, and direct business connections. The company was formerly known as Bancolombia S.A. and changed its name to Grupo Cibest S.A. in May 2025. The company was founded in 1875 and is based in Medellín, Colombia.
