The company's proprietary discovery platform comprises ProMIS, which enables drug discovery through a combination of protein biology, physics, and supercomputing. Its lead product candidates include PMN310, a monoclonal antibody (mAb) for toxic oligomers for treating Alzheimer's disease; PMN267 for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis; and PMN442, a mAb targeting toxic a-syn oligomers and seeding fibrils for treating multiple system atrophy. The company also develops PNM440, an alpha-synuclein vaccine for treating multiple synucleinopathies; and PMN311, an amyloid-beta vaccine for the treatment of Alzheimer's.
