It also offers artificial intelligence platform for drug development. Tevogen Inc. was formerly known as Tevogen Bio Holdings Inc. and changed its name to Tevogen Inc. in July 2026. The company was incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Warren, New Jersey.
